"After our roof was replaced because of hail damage. The contractor sent me a emailed form that I needed to forward to State Farm for a home owner insurance discount, but I forgot to forward the form. But Kathleen Sutton at Sonja Lhotka State Farm Insurance Agency took it upon herself to contact the contractor to get the form and allow my wife and I to receive the discount. They went well above and beyond for me!"
