"I switched my policies to Sonja's team a little over a year ago and couldn't be happier. When I met with Sonja initially, she helped me understand my coverage and to convert my existing life insurance policy to a more appropriate product, and found discounts that fit my lifestyle (low mileage, etc.). She was very personable and listened to what I wanted to get from their service. She has clearly put together a team of excellent people. Samantha reached out to schedule my annual review and is very response to text. I had my review with Mitch last week. He is knowledgeable and helpful and was very patient with all my questions to fully understand my coverage and updates. He is very funny and I appreciated his witty humor and excellent puns. "I called this agency for a quote and while they were more costly than my current company ( not by a-lot ) they (JT ) went through my coverages and pointed out multiple issues with my insurance policy. Such as having to much coverage in one area and not enough in another, changing deductibles up or down to be more cost effective. Sonja Lhotka agency did this knowing i wasn't going to switch to them (at least not at this time ). Good people, better customer service ! Dan"

"My family has been insured with State Farm for as long as I can remember. Growing up, our agent and their staff were consistently helpful and reliable, so when I became an adult and had a family of my own, continuing with State Farm for myself, my wife, and our children was an easy decision. About four years ago, we moved to the other side of town and transferred our policies to a State Farm agent closer to our new home. Until recently, I had no concerns with the service we received. However, during the process of purchasing a new vehicle, I went online to update my policy. It took the agent’s office five days to respond with the proposed policy change. As you know, a vehicle cannot be purchased without proof of insurance, and I was not willing to risk losing the car while waiting indefinitely for a response. I contacted a competitor’s agent, who immediately provided the information I needed. Their quote was competitive and even lower than what my State Farm agent eventually sent. In the past, I never minded paying a higher premium because the level of service from previous State Farm agents had always been exceptional. Unfortunately, this recent experience did not reflect that standard. As a result, I ultimately decided to move my family’s other three vehicles to the new company. I understand that one experience does not represent the entire organization, but it does represent my personal experience as a long‑time customer. I am submitting this complaint in hopes that it will be taken seriously and used to improve service responsiveness for other policyholders."
