"Although I was automatically transferred to Sonja Lhotka's office after my previous State Farm agent moved on to something else, I have been very pleased with the proactive service I have received over the past couple of years. Sonja's account manager, JT, has been responsive to all my questions and concerns, and has helped me to navigate the ever-changing insurance challenges I've faced to properly insure the townhome I own in an association-managed community. "I was State Farm customer for many years and when my job took me abroad and eventually I had to give up my car insurance.
My experience with a JT was nothing short of amazing. I had to reschedule multiple times for various reasons and he was completely understanding. However, we got it done. I was able to reestablish car insurance, home insurance, and a jewelry policy.
I would highly recommend this State Farm for their professionalism, informative coaching, and hearing and listening to my needs.
Overall, I had an amazing experience with a few laughs throughout the process. I am elated to be back with State Farm Insurance."

"Met Kayla at my aparment lobby advertizing auto/apartment insurance. Talked a few minutes and gave my contact info. I had AAA thru an independent agent and service kept declining. Recently divorced after 50 years and now learning how to navigate myself.
Kayla and i worked thru email on everything needed from me and additional questions in regards to getting the best coverage and price. She was knowledgeable, patient and kind. I had shared a few difficulties i was experiencing at our first meeting. When she called me to confirm my insurange details she asked about how i was doing and shared a few personal stories similar to mine. I felt her caring and compassion. A few short calls into office and all the staff were friendly and efficient. My car and apartment insurance is now less."
